I located all things that use lots of power as close as possible to the service entrance This is the metal-working area. On the floor is my 225 amp Miller stick welder and a little 75 amp Craftsman MIG welder (good for sheet metal and very light gauge steel.) I'd love to get a plasma cutter and a much larger MIG machine, but that will have to wait
